At SHL we are committed to providing fair and inclusive assessment experiences for our clients and their candidates. Our organization is uniquely positioned to empirically evaluate the use of hiring assessments for the neurodiverse talent pool. To do so, SHL has established our Neurodiversity Research Program, through which we are partnering with other organizations as well as academic researchers, with the goal of producing evidence-based best practice guidance that will better inform the talent assessment industry on how to meet the needs of neurodiverse talent. Current initiatives include investigations regarding potential performance differences along with candidate reactions and preferences across a variety of assessment types.
